After signing up, tap "New Project" from the dashboard. Enter the client name, address, and select the space type — kitchen, bathroom, landscape, deck, etc. SnapProof tailors the shot list automatically. You can start capturing photos immediately.
My photos aren't syncing — what should I do?+
Check your internet connection first. SnapProof queues uploads when offline and syncs automatically when you're back online. If the issue persists, close the app fully and reopen. Photos are never lost — they stay in the local queue until they upload successfully.
Can I share a project with my client?+
Yes. Open any project and use the "Email Client" action to send a professional review-request email with the full before/after gallery. Your client gets a clean, branded email (your brand, not ours) with a direct link to leave you a Google review.
How do I export a side-by-side comparison?+
From any completed pair (before + after), tap the "Share" button. Choose from three formats — 1:1 square, 1:1 top/bottom, or 9:16 vertical — then share directly to Instagram, Facebook, Messages, or any app via the native share sheet.
Can I install SnapProof on my phone's home screen?+
Yes. SnapProof is a progressive web app — open app.snapproofpro.com in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android), tap the Share button, and choose "Add to Home Screen." It'll launch full-screen like any native app.
What about team members and seats?+
Today, each plan supports a single user. Multi-user team workspaces are on the near-term roadmap — if you need them now, email sales@snapproofpro.com about our Enterprise setup.
