Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want, right from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your account stays active through the end of your current billing period — no partial months, no prorated refunds for the remaining days. After that, your photos and projects remain accessible in read-only mode so you can still download anything you need.
Are there any contracts?+
No contracts, no commitments. Monthly billing only. If SnapProof stops being useful to you, cancel in a couple of clicks and we won't chase you.
Do my field techs need their own accounts?+
Not today. The current plans are built for a single user per account — you or a designated project lead. Multi-user team workspaces are coming as a roadmap feature; if you need them now, talk to us about Enterprise.
Where are my photos stored?+
All photos are stored securely in private cloud storage with automatic backups. They're accessible from any device via the web app and don't take up space on your phone.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Checkout is hosted on Stripe's servers — we never see or store your card details.
Why no free plan or free trial?+
We'd rather make our paid plans a clear value than play games with trial-length gimmicks. Our pricing starts at $49/month — about the cost of a week of premium coffee — and you can cancel anytime if it's not working for you.
